is now recruiting volunteers for its next training session. The counselor assistant training takes place over two to three evenings and is approximately two hours each night.

L./I.C.C. is the oldest crisis intervention hotline on Long Island. Train to be a counselor assistant or a hotline/Internet counselor. All volunteers going into the counselor-training program will be thoroughly trained before become a counselor. All the training is free.
