North Babylon resident Philip W. Leun was recently honored by his colleagues on the occasion of his retirement from the State University of New York at Farmingdale at a retirement luncheon organized by the University Club.

Leun was the budget control officer for the college for many years. He earned a bachelor of arts from Queens College and a masters in business administration from Pace University.
