Francis Riggio, of West Islip died October 8, 2000 at the age of 63. He is survived by his wife and soul-mate of 38 years, Margaret; his children Dorene and Frank; his son-in-law, Michael Tonn; his grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew and Melissa; his mother Frances Riggio and his sister Ann Zyboro. His father, Gustave Riggio predeceased him.

Family received friends at the Lang-Tobia-DiPalma Funeral Home, 255 Higbie Ln., West Islip. A Mass of Christian Burial was said at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, October 12. Interment followed in St. Charles Cemetery.
