Nilsen, of Wilmington Delaware, died September 13, 2000 at the age of 73 at his home. Mr. Nilsen was a devoted husband and father. He was born in Brooklyn. He retired from Star Enterprises in Delaware City as a computer-aided designer in 1992 after six years. He also worked at one time for more than 20 years at Westinghouse Electric Corp. in Lester, Pennsylvania. He was a Master Mason at Temple Lodge Number 11 AF & AM. He is survived by his wife and soul-mate of 38 years, Margaret; his children Dorene and Frank; his son-in-law, Michael Tonn; his grandchildren, Joshua, Matthew and Melissa; his mother Frances Riggio and his sister Ann Zyboro.
