Barbara Leahy, of North Babylon, died July 23, 2000 at the age of 55. She is survived by her husband, Vincent; her children, Patrick, Brian and Sean; her parents Rosemary and Tom Hughes and her siblings, Jim, Tim, Thomas and Susan.

Family received friends at the Lang-Tobia-DiPalma Funeral Home, 406 Deer Park Ave., Babylon. A Mass of Christian Burial was said at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, July 25, 2000. Interment followed at North Babylon Cemetery.
