Wayne Roland Van Acker, of Manhattan, died July 17, 2000 at the age of 30. He is survived by his parents Rosemary and Roland of West Islip and his sisters Shelley and Sharon.

Family received friends at the Lang-Tobia-DiPalma Funeral Home, 255 Higbie Ln., West Islip. A Mass of Christian Burial was said at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, July 21, 2000. Interment followed in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
