Inge Muench, of Babylon, died July 9, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Steven; her daughter Diana and her husband Michael; her son David and his wife Maureen; her granddaughter, Miranda and her aunt Wanda. Mrs. Muench is also survived by her mother and father-in-law Michael and Margaret; sisters and brothers-in-law, Hans and Doris, Walter and Susie and Stephen and Dorothy and nieces Maryanna and Christana.

Cremation was private. Arrangements were entrusted to the Fredrick J. Chapey & sons Funeral Homes of West Islip and East Islip.
