The owner of 8 Little East Neck Road, otherwise known locally as the old Barbizon Building at the intersection of Montauk Highway, appeared before the Babylon Board of Appeals July 19, asking for permission to lease 1,200 square feet of office space in the 7,600 square foot building to a real estate firm, and to permit up to 50 percent of his tenants to have Sunday office hours.
