Melissa Carey, of Lindenhurst, had her dance recital Sunday, June 11, 2 p.m. at Lindenhurst High School. Carey, who is eight years old, has attended Lander Dance Studio for six years and loves it. She is a student at Allegheny Avenue Elementary School and the daughter of Sunday and Brenan Carey.
