Bruce Kerr, of West Islip Bruce Kerr, of West Islip, died October 2, 2004. Surviving Mr. Kerr are his wife, Maureen Kerr; his daughter, Kerry Ann Kerr; his mother Ruth Kerr and siblings, David A. Kerr, Heather A. Gorman and Tracy Kerr. Mr. Kerr reposed at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, 1225 Montauk Hwy., West Islip. A Celebration of the Liturgy of Christian Burial was said Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, West Islip. Interment was in Long Island National Cemetery at Calverton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Kerr’s name may be made to American Cancer Society, 75 David’s Dr., Hauppauge, NY 11788; Good Shepherd Hospice, 655 Deer Park Ave., Babylon, NY 11702 or Schneider’s Children’s Hospital, 269-01 76th Ave., New Hyde Park, NY 11040.
