Eileen K. Grimmer, of East Islip Eileen K. Grimmer, of East Islip, died September 27, 2004. Surviving are her husband Joseph R. Grimmer; her children and their spouses, Joseph R. Grimmer II, Heidi J. and Roger Smith and Dawn L. and Stefan Sperling; her grandchildren Roger Jr., Lindsay, Kelli and Taylor; her siblings Anthony Chiofalo, Patricia Kuhn, Lee Neuman and William Neuman. Mrs. Grimmer reposed at the Fredrick J. Chapey and Sons Funeral Home, 200 East Main St., East Islip. A religious service was said at the funeral home Wednesday, September 29, 2004 and a funeral service was said at the funeral home, Thursday, September 30, 2004. Interment was in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Pinelawn.
