May is National Foster Care Awareness Month

May is National Foster Care Awareness Month. Suffolk County Department of Social Services is looking for caring individuals to offer temporary or permanent homes for older children, sibling groups and children with special needs. You can attend an orientation to find out how you can make a difference in a child’s life through foster care or adoption. Call-KIDS for more information.
