Deer Park students attend kindness clinic

Making sure there is enough kindness in schools is a top priority for Debra J. Banks, Children’s Etiquette Expert and Motivational Speaker. Ms. Banks turned learning manners and self-esteem into a fun and rewarding experience for students at May Moore School in the Deer Park School District. Interactive and exciting for students, the Kindness Klinic is a strong leadership program that emphasizes self-esteem, self-respect, communicative skills, and confidence building.

"What we’re doing at May Moore is helping students to feel good about themselves," Dr. David Kessler, the school’s psychologist, said. "We encourage students to look out and care for each other."

Ms. Banks has impacted thousands of students through her unique approach to etiquette.
