Squiccerini serves Marine Corps Pvt Michele Squiccerini, the daughter of Christine Yarbrough of North Babylon and Michael Squiccerini of Amityville, recently completed basic training at marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. She is a 1998 graduate of Hicksville High School. Squiccerini successfully completed 12 weeks of training designed to challenge new Marine recruits both physically and mentally. Squiccerini and other recruits also received instruction on the Marine Corps’ core value - honor, courage and commitment and what the words mean in guiding personal and professional conduct.
