PTA council hosts holiday breakfast
The West Islip Council of PTAs held its holiday breakfast for board members, administrators and secretaries of the school district as a way of saying "thanks" for all the hard work and dedication to the children during the year. The festive event was held this year in the Bayview Elementary School and featured the Bayview fourth grade chorus, which is pictured, and under the direction of Lu Ann Peskanov with pianist Alexander Peskanov. Hosting were Principal Larry Kazemier, PTA President Diane Calderone and Council President Sharon Bieselin.
