Angelo Paul Galietta, 85, former resident of Lindenhurst

Angelo Paul Galietta, of Lindenhurst, died December 5, 2001 at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife, Josephine; his daughters, Susan Purdy and Linda Orenstein; his sons-in-law George Clark and Marvin Orenstein; his grandchildren Richard L. Purdy Jr., Brennan Paul Purdy, Jeffrey Orenstein and Jarret Robert Orenstein and his great grandson Maxwell Richard Purdy.

Mr. Galietta was owner and president of Galaxy Plumbing and Heating and the plumbing inspector in past years for the Village of Lindenhurst.

Mr. Galietta reposed at Johnstons’ Wellwood Funeral Home, 305 N. Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst. Interment was in Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale.
