Staff Sgt. Maria Miah receives achievement award

Air Force Staff Sgt. Maria Miah has received the Hispanic Heritage On-The-Job Achievement Award at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio.

Miah is a program manager assigned to the Air Force Institute of Technology.

She is the daughter of Amparo Lebron of Bay Shore.
